You must be already active and well known. I play Everyday as much as possible and i have about 13 days on the server. You must be calm and know how to handle stressful situations as an admin you will get stressed, a lot. I believe i can handle stressful situation calmly and without losing my patience You must understand the chain of command. I understand the structure of command You must be 15 years or older, or demonstrably mature. I am 13 but i do believe i am a mature person and i could deal with sits responsibly. You must agree that use of rank tools must only be used to help others and yourself. i agree to these terms and conditions You agree that rank can be pulled at any time without notice. I do agree that the rank may be taken off my without any notice. You agree that you will be active on the server at least every other day. We can easily peruse logs to see if are idling to get your hours up. I will be on the server everyday i possibly can as i am already. You need to understand that you may not receive the rank. I would also use correct punishments depending on what rules are broken. I wouldn't abuse my powers and i wouldn't ban people for little things. I understand all the rules and understand the abilities of each job. Any experience with commands?: We use ulx, like most servers do. Experience is an advantage, but it's not required. I don't have much experience but i think i could learn pretty quickly Any staffing experience in general?: As opposed to the above question, this is more relevant to conflict resolution, not knowing commands. Why would you make a good staff member?: I think I’d make a good staff member because, despite my age, I think that my experience around debating and stuff allows me to quickly and easily help around and defuse situations. I have been on the server for well over a year now, and I believe my maturity has improved over the years. As well as that, I’d love to assist throughout the server with people who have issues. I have heard some staff complain currently about the number of staff on relative to population and I don’t think that more staff would hurt. There are times on where there are people who decide to break rules just because there are no staff on, so this would also decrease. Any experience with commands?: I have experience with some commands that come with trusted, and know my way around the majority of ULX. Any staffing experience in general?: Not necessarily, this is my first time. Many people aren't aware of when you should go for a certain rank on the server, but here is an idea of when you should write up your app. When going for Trusted: ~At least have 72 hours logged (3 days) or more. ~Must have a good attitude and give a good impression towards staff members. ~Be a good person on the server and don't get banned. ~Be active on the server. ~Must be responsible to the tools that'll be given to you. ~Good knowledge of the server rules For Trial Moderator: ~At least 170 hours logged (7 days) or more. ~Must be responsible, active and mature to staff. ~At least 15-16 years old preferably 18 years or above (but their have been younger exceptions like Vladimir). ~Must have a working microphone, even if it's a piece of shit like mine. ~Have a responsible attitude towards everyone. ~Good Attitude in admin sits (This is important). ~Can handle stressful situations, cause trust me you're going encounter autism a lot. ~Great knowledge of the server rules However in the case of Administrator: ~A comprehensive idea on the server rules ~Have at the very least 3 months logged. ~Handle the most stressful of situations ~A very mature attitude (This too is important). ~Kind and bold personality. ~A great charisma. ~Overall be a good person to be around and be trustworthy with the decisions made. This is a personal view on how the process should be done in general and hopefully you should follow these ideals to the letter.
